Sad dog - Loose drawing

In moments of lucid stupidity, I sometimes come up with brilliance.

Less focus on specifics of shading and lighting, instead just applying and mixing 3 separate tones in appropriate places. Light and dark create contrast that provide spherical depth.

As long as at least two of the colours are relatively compatible, the palette tends to works. If you come up with a monoramp, things tend to be a lot easier, but mixing around a few hues can get some really fun results~
