I don't really have anything against the 3D modes themselves but the way they're stylized and presented just makes them look incredibly dull and lifeless. The lacking quality and variations of animations is a big problem too.

While I find a ton of things lacking about PQ, there's no doubt that the wonderful character interactions and deep story help boost it. Sadly, I enjoy the game better as Youtube cutscenes than an actual game, but the charm is undeniable.
