Color schemes for a protagonist.
They aren't powerful, or fast, or witty, or anything. But they have heart, and they hope that is good enough to be useful in their story.

Hi! I'm Jocelyn, a Mexican-American art kiddo that loves watercolor, sunflowers, history, storytelling, and blue & yellow color schemes!
I recently passed my AP Art Studio drawing portfolio exam with a 5! I gravitate more towards illustration, but have done other styles!

Back again with inspiration!
's low-poly models have been a massive push for both Cel and I to get into 3D modelling! I really admire the simplistic yet whimsical shapes and colour schemes that have so much personality.

This is what I see every time a Cessna comes in with one of the wavey paint schemes.

I finally drew Fret and Larkspur in colour, now you can see the very important colour schemes that I never show! They rapidly change to match the environment in which they live; Fret lives in a birch grove, Larkspur lives in a marsh.

Hope you've all been enjoying the inspiration thread so far! Jen Lee's () comics, particularly Vacancy has been a massive influence, especially with colour schemes and storytelling through environments.

*UPDATE* Thanks for waiting for The Champions of Justice and the Supreme Ruler of Evil! This comedic about a who lacks tact in exacting her evil schemes & the Champions of Justice who lack motivation in stopping her comes out 9/10!

Back when I was planning out color schemes for the characters I originally gave Ken silver hair. So, I decided to try a new sketch with that old idea just for the heck of it. Personally, I think I made the right choice with the green hair, but, hey...what if?

Some color and concept exploration from yesterday in my starry creatures series. Trying to work out a variety of color schemes within the series!

I really like the idea of a variety of mermaid tail designs
based on different sea creatures. So i gave my 3 mains
some tails that i thought would fit and underline their
designs and color schemes.

Three more color schemes for the Platy contest that has going on. And unless I can think of something else, I am done with these.

I hope these are good!

Here's the bounty from today's livestream! Lots of fun, I'll probably do another pokemon request session sometime in the future, it gave me a reason to try out a bunch of different color schemes in a short amount of time. (I'll draw something different next week, same time!)

Heya, I got four color schemes for the Platy line. And I decided to draw them because... Well, I needed something to draw anyway.

Hope this are good or whatever!
