ive found that DB chooses to let character tones have priority over lighting colors.. probably for simplicity, contrast and readability

A Voltus Live action was announced if I remember around 2019 or 2020 and the cast was revealed by 2021. I bet the show would be very stylized to a certain extent. To a certain extent, it looks like they heavily followed the anime which may be cheesy but I love this type of cheesy
