Flicking through my files and found these graphic novel mockups of my pages. I can't wait for this to happen eventually. Right now I'm editing everything from page 1 onwards which will take a while, but imagining my work as finally physical gives me something solid to aim for.

Taking some time to brush up on my 2d/concepting skills today. Took a doodle from a few weeks ago and fleshed it out. Did a rough 3d mockup and painted over the top. The pipes slurp up coolant from the surrounding lake and use it to cool and contain the orb of energy within.

Nanaki - She can run on light beams, essentially giving her short bursts of light speed. I wish I had saved a better image of her hero outfit: I can do a mockup of it though. She was the top hero of this team of speed based heroes.
