I think something that would help you a lot with your clouds is to start with big brushes painting big shapes, and then slowly moving to smaller brushes with small shapes. Also varied textures would really make your paintings pop! Here's an example I made real quick.

I first created a simple shape based on the texture of the hero's outsole. I then placed it under the shoe I was modeling, to use as a reference for the knife knife. I extracted everything, then reworked the shapes.

LOONA looked like they're stepping in a pyramid staircase and it looked similar to the relationship of Earth-Moon and Pyramid. The great pyramid embodies the ratio of the radiuses of the earth and moon. Also noticed that it has all the loona figures/shapes. idk
