A lil This started as a joke in discord about how we all sketch poses. For me, it helps to do a pose with a simplistic kinda chibi character & then use that as ref for a more refined one. Keeps me from getting too stiff or detail focused at the start.

Flat/shaded simply means that the drawing will have smooth lines and flat colors (or shaded if you choose.) Basically it's just a more refined style! If you want a specific style (ex: pixel art) just specify!
