TEQ Great Ape Vegeta has admittedly grown on me.

I like him.

He does solid Damage (at SA Lv.9 btw not even 20)

If I can't get Kaioken Goku, I'd at least like a dupe of him.

Furthermore, both Amy (physically Sally's age), Mina (16), and Rouge (18) are, at the same time, drawn with more Sonic-like proportions when Sally is drawn otherwise. Steven Butler even admitted it was just his stylistic choice flr her, so it isn't since "Sally is older" either.
