3 measures bourbon whiskey
Mint leaves
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tsp water
Mix mint, sugar and water in highball glass, fill with ice, add bourbon then stir. Garnish with more mint, and- HEY 20 DOLLARS!

Gyro- (Death in the Afternoon)
3 measures absinthe
2 measures chilled champagne

Pour absinthe into a coupe glass, then top slowly with the champagne. Add the licorice straw from Della’s cocktail, and pray this drink doesn’t go evil.
