-- Ta-da! More or less, this is the result. And i make a new layer under this layer for the base colors. I hide the black and white layer before i put the base color so it won't be confusing. After i finished putting the base colors, i un-hide the bnw layer. (Hide icon : 👁️)

I ended up starting over completely with modeling Cassidy, this turned out to be a pretty good decision as I managed to lower the polycount as a result. Not happy with the hair as it's a mess so I'll start that part over tomorrow.
