She's an Employer that runs a bar in Nevada named Hell's Hideaway. She's normally pretty quiet, and is rather used to the chaos that sometimes happens in her bar-- she has an area outside for bar fights so her ingredients don't get broken.

Serafina - A spirit guide that leads people to the afterlife. Normally very quiet, but very kind.
