I still love the fact that Neil Gaiman created Angela, a comic book character that Todd McFarlane tried to claim as his property because she appeared in one of his books - went to court about it - won - then sold the rights to Angela to Marvel because fuck Todd.

Despite the Doctor Who version of Death being completely different in personality to Neil Gaiman's Death, whenever I read the VNA's, I picture Gaiman's version of Death. It does help that Cornell was majorly inspired by The Sandman when creating certain concepts in the VNA's.
