well it could be mappa's "stylistic choice" but please we're talking official art here. hange's hooked nose is like her trademark since the beginning and even isayama drew hange with that nose in the manga.

I'd consider these structure neutral :
ange's ear bangs are long and pointy instead of straight, also takes structure liberties by having small pigtails and hair only shoulder length
rika has pretty standard hime cut, only ear bangs are too long but at least they are well defined
