These postcards appear to be from the same series, possibly published in 1946. In this one, a man tears the Nazi flag while the Allied flags fly overhead and a rainbow arches over Prague in the background. The illustrations were apparently done by Czech artist Otto Ušák.
Prague Race (left) by @pepurika is probably the first webcomic I read and I immediately fell in love with the medium. I think it's on hiatus, or no longer in production, but you should read her other comic Tiger, Tiger (right) because Petr is a genius (also! pirates!!!)

He was conscripted in 1915 & was based in Prague. During this time he continued to paint & draw. He continued to exhibit widely. He was even given a studio by his CO. Prisoner of War (1916), Nude (1917), Lovers II(1917) & Four Trees (1917)
