@yumzi_art Hmm there is one coloring tip that I recently learned helped me a lot 😂
1. Place your entire piece on multiply mode.
2. Erase the areas where the light source is strongest on the subject.
3. Blend a saturated red between the shadow and light area especially on the skin
You know what bothers me? People that say they're tired of the ''Evil Superman'' trope in Superhero media, making stuff up saying that it's ''overused'', when in reality there's only like two most popular and well written examples of this, but they still act like it's saturated.

The scanner makes it look so bright,, my oranges are not this saturated
So what I was missing was ambient light!! I wonder if the direct light I added is also a bit too much,,,, but the colors aren't overly saturated this time which I'm very pleased with. ( =v= ) Next time I'll play with the lineart more. (This was a new way of coloring for me)

So, kinda struggling with this a bit. The central triangle is good, and the lightning doesn't offset it because it mushes colors with much of the rest of the image. BUT. I think the monster is too desaturated. I think I wanna make it a complementary orangey-yellow? Thoughts?
Finally figured it out! The image was blurry and desaturated because of wrong VAE. Still can't get some parts of the picture right though, ended up painting over the hands and face 😐
