@DavidFHuerta yes! my moodboard is basically dominated by sorolla, my favorite painter ever. i want to make a game feels like a sorolla painting, not there yet though - really struggling with with getting those rich hues in the shadows, kind of a tradeoff from having high light intensity?
Did an art study on shading via a friend's art request for Chris Yukine from Symphogear and learned quite a on rudimentary skin shading c: still need to learn shadows, but its a step in the right direction wheee!
