Finished off the armor rules for Bhakashal, I have made some changes to the classification of armor in the PHB and DMG, added custom movement and initiative modifiers for heavier armor, and I've tweaked shields and added shield proficiency rules.
Details later, bedtime now...
One of the things I wanted for Bhakashal was to ensure that everyone gets to play what they want. As exciting as it was to qualify for a difficult class, missing out on what you want to play seems... wrong
