Those were the cherubs. Lucifer and Charlie are probably more like how the actual Angels look like. Though remember that some demons are animalistic as well. Stolas and Octavia, & hellhounds like Loona. Cherubs are probably more like the Heavenly equivalent to Razzle and Dazzle.
