@Aiharararara Black overlay doesnt just make it darker like multiply, it also increases the saturation. Same for White, it reduces saturation
This is a quick way to just "feel" something out. You can also do this with colours to be like "I need it more...blue" or something.

Since we are in the "figuring things out stage". One thing I learned from a friend was that you can use Overlay to just imprint moods.
This is using an Overlay layer, push black with an airbrush over a place you want to be darker, and white where lighter
@HamugisCanon I wanted to make a tweet about this but it seems that at first they wanted to make it brown because early p3p art has her hair pretty consistently brown, then they switched to the reddish brown that they continue to switch between full ginger and darker ginger
