Just watched the 1987 G.I.Joe movie - not what I expected given the bizarre non military 1970's fantasy looking add on villains, time worms, Don Johnson, Cobra's origins dating back before early humankind, a deadly spores plot and not Cobra Commander's best look - was okay.

Merrow are the mer-people of Ireland, human waist up with the rest being fish. They can shapeshift into land animals and are generally non-hostile towards humankind. Mine's full fish but I guess any vaguely human shaped will do if one's desperate enough. Based on thornback ray.
