Was there ever any arts you made that was a huge change for you?
No matter what, I won’t forget these three art helped me grow to a great artist.
First one stand for improvement in coloring.
Second was for the start of cell shading.
And third was learning to do better line art.
I want to do more art of my characters, but I've been feeling very uninspired/unmotivated recently... Anyway, here's Surtr now with shading.
This is it. Years of arting. Months of Anime Practice, and 4 days of planning, drawing, lining, coloring and shading. I present the greatest drawing I've done since starting to draw in December 2019...i'm gonna be 29 soon
Here is the new concept OC I've been working on.
She has no name as of yet, feel free to leave suggestions(I'm bad at naming characters, but I like short 1-2 syllable names).
I used this opportunity to use different brushes for shading.
Wanted to practice at making cartoon characters more life like and 3D without the use of lines. I copied from an original screenshot so I could just focus more on the lighting and shading. #queenglimmer #SheraandthePrincessesofPower #corelpainter
@cutehamsie I think I like subconsciously leaning towards warmer colors, especially when shading.
Been too long since I last drew #ArcaneFanart #CaitVi #arcane
Tried something different. Just the base colors with almost no shading. (It bothers me a little that it’s so rough, but when I keep going I tend to make it worse)
@yumzi_art Yours look great, mine looks plain I should learn a little bit of more shading.
Decided to do a small sketch tonight since I wasn't feeling well! Tried to do a bit of grey-scale shading. I had tons of fun! This character is no particular character... just a design that came to mind as I drew!❤

Over this Year I’ve been trying to experiment with different coloring methods. I really enjoy this style so far. I like the simple pop but with smaller details mixed in with shading.
Especially with the Pokémon I drew to try to look like GSC sprites
Silakan yang mau pake brush yang biasa aku pake. Udah kumodifkasi, dan kusertakan beberapa contoh hasil karyanya. Yang digital pen buat warna dasar, yang airbrush buat shading.

Today I do not have time to post a new WIP, so I will show the shadows in my previous drawing. It is believed that if shading alone looks like a full-fledged drawing, then this is good shading. I usually put less effort into it. That's why I'm proud of this work!
I followed a hair painting tutorial so help me stop overblending my shading. Link below to it, it was very informative and helpful!
Would y’all buy little bust comms in this art style?? Please let me know? Would be cheaper as I don’t have to line anything and it’s pretty simple shading. 💝 (let me know pwease!)
Hey y’all! I need to get back into the swing of drawing regularly again, and also it’s the season for Christmas shopping, so I’d love to do some discounted commissions!
I can do either a full body or portrait for $20 each! Will be fully lined with flat color & minimal shading.
OK fuck it I wanna get to 2k so bad I'll do anything to get it
IF I GET TO 2K BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK I'M GONNA REDRAW THIS WITH FULL SHADING. DETAILED. AND MAYBE AS DINOSAURS IF YOU WANT TO /SRS I'LL DO IT AND I'LL REGRET IT
