The centre part will ring around the "ponytail", the hair sticks will slot into the centre part, which will be able to slot in/out for storage/transport. The centre ring could likely attach to the wig with wig clips on the back so it's not permanent!

It has something to do with dolphins, can be anywhere from 4-40 feet at full grown, can slightly change colour to be paler or darker, is altruistic, and hunts for sport.
