First 2 are old as shit but come from the same universe (sorta)

last 2 are concepts of Jevil and Sonic for horror purposes, the Jevil one doesnt have a story but the Sonic one does, however I don't wanna get into it lol

The pointy ear things are bigger than the imagined, the colours are more red and the silver accents on her chest are more similar to the 2nd sister. + the legs look sorta similar
