My bookshelf left to right: 107. Notes for a war story by Gipi recounts the tale of three friends in a country torn by civil war. The three boys live in abandoned houses and steal car parts for money. Meeting Felix, a powerful, fast-talking mercenary changes everything for them.

GOD THIS TOOK WAY TOO LONG but it was fun thinking how Echo, my MCsona, would have lived through the first DSMP War. I tried to balance between not twisting the original story and letting Echo have a story of their own. I encourage others to do this as this idea is interesting!
