ill probably revise it some if i draw it again but here are some quick thouts: yamashitas design looks like a combination of the nge and WILLE plugsuits with some random shit stuck on it. i think you can make it look "higher tech" without SO MUCH on the suit

Beta Murkrow:

In Gold & Silver's 1997 demo, Murkrow's original design was much more obviously based on a witch. But its pointy hat and broom-like tail were ultimately revised.

In Gold & Silver's 1997 demo, Smoochum was a pure Ice-type named "Rippu" (Lip) who evolved at level 12. But she was later renamed, revised to Ice/Psychic, and evolved at level 30.
