More thoughts on Cretalamna today. The most unexpected thing about the body fossils is the position of the first dorsal fin above the pectorals. In all other lamniforms, the first dorsal is behind the pectorals.

Target locked... I tend to draw a lot, this is the first time I think I did well with a gun, specifically a sniper rifle style gun, as well as the prone position.

Well here it is then, just for you. :) (Fun trivia fact: I have joint hypermobility and used myself for reference and realized in hindsight that maybe that hand position was less than normal for people with shoulders that bend like they're supposed to.)
