Ok, seems like an appropriate time to share this feline-inspired dragon that I’m currently working on. A cat-size predator, generally found near abandoned railway tracks in the north of Wales, it seeks out high perches to survey its territory.

2008 The 4th Type 45 Destroyer, is launched at Scotstoun on the Clyde. The ship was launched with Y Ddraig Goch (The Red Dragon) of painted on the bow. It was removed on 2011 but restored by 2016 following a campaign that sees it proudly worn today.

Vera is an gwraig annwn. At times described as nymphs in poems I've researched, Gwragedd Annwns in Welsh mythology are beautiful maidens that live beneath rivers & streams. Every color on Vera can be found in nature, whether in water, leaves, flowers, etc.
