Your art is really cute already! I think if you keep at it you'll fine something that suits your style. Maybe you can also try different styles then implement techniques you like to your base style!

The mangas of both Beastars and Chainsaw Man have very distinct sketchy, gesturally style. this quality is lost in their anime adaptations. While Mob Psycho maintains it's rough look, while still being on model. For Beastars and CM, you are losing that expressiveness.
