Ryugiji ken or sano manjiro? They're both pretty muscular but Mikey (manjiro) is tiny otherwise. Hanma shuji is really really lanky though! Here's a pic of Mikey! We don't usually see his muscles unless he's in a fight I think he likes to use his size to his advantage lol

Only to find out the lighting etc. I wouldn't recommend it for anatomy, since muscles bend etc. and 3d models don't actually capture that (thus giving a bad reference)
