It exists now! Finally!
I kept getting stuck on details like the waist and edges, as I'm very VERY indecisive. . . (250h easily ticked on it..)
Plus wanting a more general design for the 'kisetsu race'. But I think I'm finally satisfied with it!
Now on to the other 20 chars XD

I'm not at all satisfied with this piece, so bleh. I did practice a bit of shading at least, but how I drew the pose, the neck and eye just irritated me xD Also maybe too foot-focused. Here idc anymore, I'll redraw Ho-Oh someday when I'm better
