Thanks to Brian Bendis for his support of AMETHYST, Amy, and myself. Brian extended incredible support and, frankly, protection over the whole Wonder Comics line, allowing the creators to execute visions that have, without exception, yielded some of the best DC books of this era.

Amy was a white whale for DC editors for years, and of Dan DiDio's in particular. An editorial re-org caused me to lose the other Wonder books I'd developed with Brian Bendis, but Dan personally intervened so I could keep AMETHYST because he was so happy I brought Amy back to DC.
