They are the only members of the broadcasting club. When Koya is in charge, Seijun just plays music in the background, though he's easily swayed to join in.

Oh the Pipes were more weird due to they bending, but the difficult part was these things on top of his arms

Another 2 things here... I noticed that I forgot to fix the green light in the background, and that now I don't know if it looks better with or without the blur
