Did this as a practice for my watercolor brushes and I'm so tempted to go back but the learning curve is once again below zero.,

From there, I added color to the buildings, then made a separate layer for all the lights. I used some fun light brushes for the neon! After that, I added the moon and cleaned up some lines and colors until I called it good!
