A couple of years ago I went through a phase where i drew a lot of winx club but i never did the enchantix designs even tho it is the undefeated BEST so uh evidently here i am

I mostly came to this realization thinking about how mirta was able to switch schools. She has magic therefore she can be a fairy too? The episode where the winx go take classes at cloud tower also explains differences in philosophy such as independence vs teamwork

let’s compare the recent winx adaptation, all this tells me is that they don’t want to be at all like their source material at all. any sense of charm from the og could’ve been channeled through the clothing! why are live action adaptations afraid of color!!
