I have found that I have two types of palettes I default to, vibrant warm colours or desaturated colder colours, and I think this is okay. May be using the purple/brown one as the base for the character though, was initially all brighter browns but I doooo like this

Kelpie “Kat” Katrina started with a normal cat tail, brighter green hair, pinker eyes and lots of bandaids. Twin tails were always apart of the design and hair antenna...I believe the first drawing was back in 2019? Maybe even earlier...still didn’t finish my art then (^｡^)💧

the skulls on the wing, being more brighter than the wings actually draws the eye more than the grey face. and there are multiple of them. few skulls and chains is fine. but not when it reminds me of a halloween tree with TP thrown over it.
