Algorithms create burnout for creators and bury new ones. Because the algorithm is constantly changing, it can kill your engagement overnight. I want to see posts from folks I'm following, not folks I should follow.

All of these hoops we have to jump through are ridiculous. It's crappy when our work that we put our hearts into doesn't get seen. I love getting wholesome comments/likes/rts on my art and I'd like to get commissions going but the reach is crap.
