Funnily enough, I do have one character in classic kimono and she’s gigaflat. She’ll appear later in my manga Ramia-Yana.

While there is contrast there is my other character, Osumihime, who is extremely curvy but more wears a skimpier outfit partially inspired by kimonos.

I love the contrast between this strong side and her weak side, it's a well made contrast and all those sides feels natural in her character. It's interesting to see how detailed and well explained her walls of defense that she built up is.

@SugoiTheBoi For me it has to do with the character's core. What traits do I want to be more pronounced?

For Rada I went from a design I thought was cool, to one that emphasised a more intimidating build, more pronounced scars to show her carelessness, and a friendly face to contrast.
