9 years ago, I played a game called Solatorobo: Red the hunter. A fantasy action RPG with dog people riding on Mechs for the Nintendo DS. I pre-ordered it from gamestop during US release. Turns out, I was the only pre-order for the game. Unknown to most, really It’s a hidden gem.

Though I will always recommend the JP original over the Western release. The US version cranked the difficulty up a LOT, changed a lot of character designs, and removed ALL dialogue (which is sometimes really cute and funny!) Thankfully a good translation patch was made by MIJET-
