Now that Mechanibot has been out for a week, please enjoy some original concept art! Almost all of the original ideas seen here made it into the game in some form. Honestly the biggest challenge for this game's art direction was learning how to be a pixel artist
We released Flint & Steel earlier this week and while I love the mechanics, the art really completes the package. Check out the timelapse of how it came together.
“We’d have never even discovered that pandas have a gene allowing for quantum mechanical space jumping if we hadn’t improved their diet enough that they had the energy left over to use it.”

Krov
He's a space dragon that escaped his specie's 'singularity' event. There are only a handful of him left and they all use mechanical bodies, able to edit body parts and completely change bodies as well. Krov is not all knowing but he is old and he can live forever.
Goha - Bastard old man who runs an underground mafia on Marinia. Hates humans. Got chopped in half by Alternate Earth's government so they could "keep an eye" on him as a power head, but still subverts their control. Mechanic. Adopted Father of two of the Nine. Devoted My'rathian
Watching the new Matthewmatosis vid on context sensitivity while also making a game where the central mechanic is highly context sensitive.
Been a while since I last posted, but I won't die out that easily! >:) Finished up this last dragonborn mechanic concept
The Rodimus Corner - Runamuck is known for cackling like a mechanical wildman, a Battlecharger who is a twirling, tumbling two-lane terror. Spreading fear is his favorite pastime, although he himself has a fear of heights. He admires junkyards like humans admire art museums.
A little mint mechanics thread ^^
As you know XLS-20 is coming up next week and we are excited for it! The #yoniverse has pre-minted pieces for $yonix holders since october 2021. These have been accumulated and visible in our Yobot #NFT viewer.

This is a game based on the book "How Dogs Really Work" by Alan Snow. You can explore the garden of a house in first person view, with various dog related actions such as barking, eating, digging etc...
There are also an "anatomy" mode in which you can see the mechanism of a dog.
Mellow

"She is SENSHI who will perform well at Cyberpunk Rock concert. Overall, the dark black guitar among the red and intense images creates a more wonderful atmosphere. The details of her transparent mechanical legs are also wonderful."
Hedgehog mechanic for 4️⃣5️⃣USD
comment below or dm me to claim, thanks!
More Phantasy Star stuff! PS3 is definitely the black sheep of the family, but the generation mechanic was pretty neat and getting a different version of characters depending on what route you took is cool too! #sega #fanart #phantasystar #retrogames
