- Then, for the face proportions, I make sure that the eyes are take up most of the space, and I draw the mouth kinda close to them, a lot closer than it is anatomically correct. I’ve found that squishing the facial features together makes the character look small and bubbly 🌸

Starting work on dinosaur redesigns for my Jurassic re-write. Decided to work on the Dominion Therizinosaurus first. I used the coloration of the Mattel figure as reference for the plumage. Tried to strike a balance between anatomical accuracy and the classic "JP asthetic."
