ChiChi could've been angry. Goku did refuse to return and ChiChi had to raise two children alone but whatever anger (if any) ChiChi had was gone after 7 years. ChiChi changed. Examples of this: ChiChi let Gohan and Goten train and accepted Goku trained Goten for Majin Boo.(3/4)
