@husarius01 @SamLizardonStan @StumpyArt Nah, Manga Kale was leagues better than her yandere counterpart.
Not only was she competent but her characterization here as subconsciously holding back out of love and respect for the person who saved her is much better than.
"You look at Sis too long!! Grrrrrr!!!"
"Everything about Kurt’s body and powers is built for movement—for transition from one place to another. And that extends to his characterization. He’s not the things that happen to him. He’s always what he does to move on." -@nolapfau
Though she doesn't get a ton of characterization, Luciola was always super cool to me. A lot of that stems from her connections to Schera, but she also has cool abilities and an interesting backstory.
I want to see more from her, or at least more characters like her!
Towa is so cute!! She's always so friendly and wholesome, and she gets some great moments and characterization in her later appearances too, which is rare.
She's not particularly exciting to me personally, but if I had to pick a female ship for Rean, it'd be Towa hands down.
@DrButcherMD2 ... Bryan Hill's Batman and the Outsiders from 2019, which does a lot with her whole "not-quite-evil, not-quite-good" characterization and develops her relationship with her daughter more than anything since 2002.
Overall, things are way better than they've been in a long time!
2. steve rogers - marvel 616
80 years of characterization so TOO MUCH but i'll go with: i have an identity but is that my real self? or just a role? idk what i really want! UGH nvm i'm not thinking about it anymore. my existential crises are nothing compared to the Greater Good
But if we're going by Cass's characterization? This was for all intents and purposes a good story. Not a good closing story for the character. Just a good story of her taking on outside her norm and beating the crap out of people besmirching the symbol she worships.
Andi, one of the main protagonists after Claire, appeared in a few pages in the www.somnuscomic. intro, but only had like one line. In the next few updates she'll be showing up, and get more characterization.
She's fun to write, and has an easygoing, teasing, sarcastic vibe.
dunno if multiple entries are allowed but take 2 of #MakeshipMe
The one and only stop-sign slasher, VISAGE
Originally designed this character to sort of represent me online, but now has a certain degree of it's own characterization
(I own the real mask and sign!)
#DoctorAphra seems more surprised by, & beholden to, her feelings now. And from blushing at a rare compliment, to getting ambushed by the PTSD of seeing Vader again, it’s all expressed in that rarest of auteurship stamps, one that so successfully builds upon prev characterization
today @phoenixfcrce has a great piece about Strange #1
this book is '...a strong first outing for Clea as Sorcerer Supreme that focuses in on her characterization, using the sharp lens of her flaws as a mode of storytelling...'

master attendant but if i ignore all story and characterization in the game entirely

Saladin's line here, I especially loved
Like, this single frame gives so much characterization to him that was once only found on the lore, and captures the entire social conflict the main cast has been facing for the past year
This is easily one of Destiny's best cutscenes
@KumaRirika i don’t really have an OC, just this characterization of my cat :3 but here’s something I’ve been working on for myself!! 🐱
#RemsiTensura
Finished Slime vol 2.
The second half felt more entertaining than the first. Souei got nice characterization and maybe this was setting up antag (Laplace) for upcoming volumes before Rimuru encounters Leon. Some nice town building around the end and a warm conclus~
Thank for those who've watched my stream! I got to ramble my re-characterization and redesign for Erilya for the Contingency SMP... The left is from the Exiles SMP and the right is from the Contingency
While I'm way too hyped for Elden Ring (to the point I actually bring it up here), I present to you a new fairy #illustration for #faebruary. Another characterization for fairies is "mischievous", sometimes to dangerous degrees. This is my take on that.
Read Supermassive today, and my GOD what a fun experience! It works so well on so many levels, including artistically, story telling, and characterization.
The story does feel a bit cramped/rushed, so I wish this were a two-parter instead of one issue.
I still enjoyed it!
9/10
As much as have enjoyed MJ's return to the Spider-Man books in a major way, I think one of the things that has been a detriment to her characterization is that the creative teams seem stuck on depicting her as essentially a "Love martyr," hopelessly devoted to Peter.(1/8)
