My Mouse Clock, a new character added during thesis development, thankfully went thru the least amount of changes.
I pretty much knew what I wanted, but attempted a couple design variations so I didn't feel lazy.
I wish I could make them into a real clock... ; w;

My Cat Clock, also from the original animatic, got the overhaul treatment too.
Went with an angular design from the beginning until I was told to make it a bit more like the original Kit/Cat/Clock...
Again, super last minute. Had to detail features on the ortho drawing instead
