Honestly the dressrosa arc feels like a spiritual sequel to Alabasta. Doflamingo might have a different origin and goal to Croc, but he's still got his similarities.
Plus the Dofi's Devil Fruit is waaay more versatile

The shipcrew fighting the Art DF user isn't superb, but I do love the visuals. The way it leads into the crew having to face off at Doflamingo is superb though, it feels like they're in way over their head against him
ONE PIECE DRESSROSA - I'll recap my thoughts so far before updating as I read!
First up. Doflamingo is so fun as a villain, him deciding to 'resign' from the warlords is a fun story hook and adds some great mystery to Law/Luffy's operation

Finished Punk Hazard. The arc was alright but it did have some great moments. Law and Doflamingo are easily two of the characters I’m most interested in so far. Can’t wait to see what they both do next. Overall it’s a 7.5 for me.
