finally done chipping away at this ref for glaucus's mobility aid (and most of it is me interpreting it as a robotic exoskeleton, which it looks like one)

The more I think about it, the more similarities I find between old school mecha anime and Halo.
The MI power armor here looks very similar to the early Mjolnir Mark III Exoskeleton from Dr. Halsey's armor, and even the badass HRUNTING/YGGDRASIL Mark I from The Prototype.
