I would put Tristar since it was the first movie where we go to see Godzilla since Godzilla films in Japan it took a while to get to the US.
There were many posters for Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S. but I liked this one better.

The flawed but enjoyable film Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah would be the last Heisei Godzilla film to have genuinely impressive cinematography. While Koichi Kawakita's special effects work is a step down from Godzilla vs. Biollante, King Ghidorah is a very well-shot film.
