That girl is the Main Character (renamable in the upcoming Android version) in Reimei no Gakuen.
She's one of the 'cursed' children that managed to survive many years of hardship, becoming one of the leaders and strongest fighters of her group.
My favourite jrpg couple would be Noah and Mio IF Joshua and Estelle didn't exist, both couples are really sweet and cute together and I think they deserve to be happy even if they both went through plenty of hardships including within their main stories.
