これはinventorの画面ですが、fusionにも同様のフリーフォーム機能がありますのでこれぐらいなら作れると思います
ただしフリーフォームは勝手にエッジを丸められてしまうので、指定した断面ピッタリにはならないのと、特に甲板のような平面が作れないので追加で弄る必要はありますが……
