While they'll never be as fluid as Warframes, the effort put in making Operators more useable, useful & more versatile in general gameplay are great for players, both old and new. While tweaks could still be done, Operators are in a much better place overall.

Dolls use their aspect to pretend. They have flashy, interesting powers that rarely have meaningful use alone. Dolls are a supportive class-- morale-boosters to motivate and enhance their team. As players, they can come across as manipulative, and sometimes struggle with honesty.

on top of the colour and shading layers, i made a layer where i covered the outside bits with magenta, then made it more translucent with opacity and blend modes. i went over the edges with a lighter line, which i then added ripples around. then added some glowy + swirly effects!

first have your base colors on different layers, on a clipping layer to use a warm toned color, then blend with the brush (nyan) repeat this process but with a cool toned color
I use several times the combination of (Pink+Blue) to do this!
