Had a change of heart on the backpack: seeing as Duel should be a bit more agile as a close ranger, I extended the backpack and boosters. Other tweaks as well.

Mixed together the Duel shoulder armor from a mish-mash of the MG and Beecraft's idea (PG Strike manual). Needs more stuff!
